Features

cfRegex provides numerous benefits over CFML's existing re~ functions:

A full set of functions that are consistent with each other, and provide commonly used functionality without extra coding being necessary.
A cfregex tag, to simplify creation of multi-line commented regex, allowing greater readability.
A Regex object for easy caching and re-use of patterns, and a convenient way to set defaults.
A newer regex engine that supports more regex features and enables increased efficiency.
